Drag and Drop : setting several good answers

Hi everyone,

I'd like to set up a drag and drop activity in an e-learning module. Actually, it's a kind of diagram showing the different steps of a process. The learners would replace the different steps where they belong (see screenshot).

But... there's always a "but" ! You see, some boxes may receive several answers (for instance, the two boxes for "signalement sans délai" and "retour d'informations").

That's why I'd like to know if there is a possibility to set up the "convert to freeform" option insomuch that the dropping zone receive two different aswers ("blah" or "blah blah blah").

I have already tried to create a larger dropping area that receives both answers, but the result was not what I've expected (because I want tags to fit into the boxes).
