I've created a drag & drop actiivity and was wondering if it is poossible for the user choices to be submitted without actually having to click the submit button at the bottom right of the screen? I've been able to change the feedback/submit options on other activities but don't seem to be able to do it on a drag & drop activity.
For example, let's say that you have 3 objects. You create a slide level trigger to submit interaction when the state of all the drop objects are dropped correctly.
Or, if you just have one object, you could create a trigger that says to submit when that one object is dropped on a particular drop zone.
You'll need to edit the states for your draggable objects and add a "drag correct" state to each. This is one of the options in the drop down menu when you add a state. Then the flag with disappear.
The error message did not mean the object doesn't have a state named "Selected". It means the object doesn't have the particular state you chose (that meaning of "selected".)
That said, I have a saying; People who depend on "When state is..." deserve what happens to them, and those who wrote it into SL deserve a lot worse." If you want this to work, create your triggers this way.
Submit interaction when Rectangle 1 is dropped on [correct drop target] if state of Rectangle 2 is Dropped Correct, and state of Rectangle 4 is Dropped Correct. Create the same trigger for Rectangle 2 and 4 with appropriate changes, and be sure to deselect the option to delay item drop states until interaction is submitted.

Paolo,
You sure can.

Hi Mike
Thanks for your help. I've tried that but am doing something wrong.
I'm getting a Red Flag message that 'flagged objects do not have selected state.'
I'm not sure what that means or how to rectify it.
