I am trying to edit a video in storyline 360, but the video won't load in the editor. I uninstalled Storyline 360, rebooted, then reinstalled to no avail.
The video is proprietary so I cannot share, but can anyone shed some light on why this might be happening?
eta: this is an mp4 file that is about 5 minutes long.

Is this happening with more than one file or is this the only one?
I’ve attached a Story file that I created in Storyline 360. The video in the file is able to be opened in the video editor. Do you mind opening it into Storyline 360 on your end to see if you notice the same behavior?
