Editing Mouse on a Step-by-Step Screencast Over Multiple Slides

Is there a way to modify the mouse/cursor on all the slides at once as opposed to having to modify the look and settings of the mouse slide by slide? 

Additionally, is there a way to set your mouse/cursor options ahead of making the screen recording or prior to adding it to your eLearning, after recording?
