I have a course in which I use a Contact Us link with an email trigger. When I publish the course, the trigger only closes the course. It doesn't open an email addressed to the recipient. What am I missing?
Unfortunately I don't know of any workarounds, as it's often dependent on the email client. If you have a general contact us URL that you could direct the users to where they'd be able to find an appropriate email that may be a more reliable method.

I used that type of button in one of my course in which I applied the following trigger
The trigger doesn't work if you are viewing the swf preview of your course, It only works with the html5 preview of the course.

There are also some known reasons why the email trigger will not work as expected.
Also, as Kartik mentioned to properly test it you'll want to place within the intended publish environment as described here.
Thank you Ashley. I tested it in our LMS and I use Outlook. Is there a work around?
