Emailing or pulling the "Print Results" information from LMS

Hi there,

I am looking for a way that the administrators of the training I have created can pull the same information from the LMS that is revealed in the "Print Results" page. This is brand new training and in an effort to hone the course we are looking to analyze results and compile the data on which questions are consistently missed so we can either adjust what is trained or adjust the questions. Unfortunately I do not know html or code (aside from very basic). Is this functionality even possible in Storyline? Right now we are requesting that students copy the information from the print results page (table) and paste it into an email to the administrator but it would be great to have a better workaround.

Good Afternoon, Kelly.

This article outlines the information that gets communicated to an LMS by Articulate Storyline via SCORM and AICC.  You can actually see the data being passed back and forth between Storyline and your LMS if you enable LMS Debug Mode in our published output.

To see the potential reporting capabilities of an LMS in action, I'd recommend testing your content in SCORM Cloud, which is an industry-standard tool for testing SCORM output.

Having said all of that, it's really up to your LMS to determine what data they are capable of displaying for reporting/consumption purposes, and it is your LMS that you will need to get in touch with to see how to extract this data.
