We use Kaltura's video hosting platform for our institution and want to embed these videos into a Storyline module. We have had success having them playback in a desktop browser, but not on the mobile iPad app. They just show up blank. Have you had any experience with Kaltura and do you know why this might be happening?
I personally haven't used Kaltura's platform, but it may be similar to issues we've seen with YouTube embedded videos.
How do you have the video embedded in the course? If you haven't already, try inserting the video as a web object and see if the video loads in the Articulate Mobile Player.
For more information about supported features in the Articulate Mobile Player, please take a look at the following chart:
Lee, I'm curious what you ended up doing to get this to work. I had done a test (see here: http://dev.keypointlearn.com/xcl71_SL/KalturaHTML5/story.html). The video played on an iPad in both Safari browser and the Mobile player app. I just had some issues with the player bar being only partially displayed.
I am facing the same issue. Request you to please help me with this. I have used the embedded URL of Kaltura. The first screen appears but does not play at all.

I hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.

Hi Shalabh and welcome to Heroes!
I'm not certain if Lee is still subscribed to this thread, so you may want to PM him just in case.
Hi Ashley,
How does one PM another community member? :)
Thanks,
Dan
Hi Daniel!
As you can see this thread is a bit dated and this feature is not a part of our new ELH2 community.
