Embedded mp4s won't run correctly on server

I've been using the Web-publishing option in Articulate Storyline and am having trouble with embedded mp4s not running correctly in the player when run off the server.  The module runs perfectly both locally and on the Articulate Tempshare site.  On our server, I get a white screen (with it looking like the timeline is advancing on the progress bar) when I'm running an mp4.  It also hangs-up on the second interaction if I've embedded a simulation from a screen recording.  My IT team is unable to figure out if there is a server setting that is interfering with the module running correctly.

Adobe Flash 10 ActiveX

No JAVA

If anyone has any ideas, I would really appreciate the help.
