I have attached a word document in the player resources and checked the box to display within the player.
I am able to see and open the resource after publishing/viewing, however the resource is not visible when playing the course from our content cloud delivery system.
Thanks for your reply. I struggled with this one but ended up deleting the original publised output file from my C drive folder and the AWS Content Cloud Delivery Service, removing and reattaching the document in Resources, and republishing it. I am now able to view the document when the course is accessed from the cloud!! I still do not know what the issues was, but sometimes it is as easy as scrapping and starting over :-)

Are you getting an error message of some sort?
Be sure that you are attaching the document as explained here and viewing the published document in it's intended environment as your learner would.
