Please help. I have inserted a youtube video into a slide by embedding the code and the video plays fine during the preview option of the slide or previewing the entire project. once I publish the project; that section of the slide is blank. What can I be doing wrong?
Are you testing the published output within the intended environment instead of testing locally? If you view published Storyline content on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail.
Thanks for the prompt response guys. greatly appreciated. I resorted to uploading a video file vs. an embedded code. I will try your tips in the future if I need to embed a code into a slide. Thanks again. you guys are great.

Hi Victor! Looks like Michael is taking care of you here, but I wanted to pop in and welcome you to E-Learning Heroes
