Enable Next Button when the Correct Choices are Chosen on the Slide

May 12, 2016

Hi, All!

I have a slide that has 7 button choices.  Learners need to choose the 2 correct choices ("Admission Date" and "Photograph") before moving forward.  I currently have disabled the Next button, but want it to be enabled when both of the buttons have been chosen.  How do I make this happen?

Attached is the slide on which I'm working.

Thanks, Bruce.

I created the variables (VariableChart attachment) and then tried to put the conditions in the Trigger Wizard (variables attachment), but I think I'm doing something wrong.  I'm not sure what to put in the variable menu.  Any ideas of what I'm doing wrong?

This is one I did which I think is similar to what you want to do.

Each part has states, so when you select an answer for each dropdown either a tick or cross will come up then when they are all correct the cover for the nav buttons fades away. So my variable basically says when all these are in state _correct_ then change state of the cover.

So if I was doing yours, I'd make a second state on each of your blue boxes with either the correct or incorrect message, then set the variable to say change state of your next button to enabled when your admission and photo boxes are in the right state.

...if that makes sense
