After importing Engage Interactions into Storyline 3 and then publishing for both Web or Scorm, the user action tabs are static. It isn't until you hover down and to the right when you finally see the active finger signifying a clickable item. For example, if you wish to view a tab you must click the tab below it. Very odd. Anyone else? This seems to happen in Chrome more than in Mozilla Firefox.
