Error failing to Preview or Publish

Every single one of the storyline files I open and edit, fail to allow me to preview or publish them.

Every time I click "preview" to try to preview a slide, scene and even entire project gives me an error message, asking me to submit it for feedback to articulate. It even happens when trying to publish to review 360 and to LMS SCORM.

Does anyone have any idea why it fails every time for every elearn? I've noticed this over the last few months, but wasn't impacted as I was building in rise and that works fine. However, i have a requirement to update some storyline files, and I'm unable to preview the updates I've made and cannot publish the files so I can upload them. HELP!

Hello Justin,

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue.

Since you're experiencing the behavior on all of your Storyline 360 projects, I'd like to ask a few questions to help isolate the cause:

Are you working locally when publishing your project files? Working on a network drive has been known to affect the ability of files to publish successfully.
Have you tried doing a repair of your Storyline 360 installation to see if this helps address the behavior?
Are you able to replicate the behavior on newly created project files?
