Error Message and Player Issues

Hi Guys!
I am having some issues with my software. It keeps giving me this error message (Shown Below) when I try to open the Player Properties, had geek squad look at my computer and they said my computer was working fine. Also it is not allowing me to publish or preview any of the slides.Now the kicker is that it only does it on this one project! Does anyone possibly know what happen? Or maybe have a way to fix it? Or just a way to prevent it in the future?

Hi Jessica,
Sounds like good new that it's only happening in this one project. What I'd try first is to import the slides into a brand new Storyline project. Please let the community know how that goes and shout out with any questions.
