Myself and a few colleges are unable to open Storyline files coming from one of our fellow designers. He's new to using Storyline, and has worked on little projects on 2 different computers. Anything he sends us that is .story, no one else can open! We all get the same error message:
This project cannot be opened. It may have been created in a newer version of Storyline.
How weird is that? Does anyone have an idea of what is going on here?

If that doesn't resolve the error message, please don't hesitate to contact our support team for further help. Which version of Storyline is the client running? Have you both upgraded to Update 2? Or, it could be related to any one of the common issues outlined here.

I have a client who is running into the same issue. Were you able to solve your problem, and if so how?
