Hello! This is my first post reaching out for help on Storyline. I did some Google searches and didn't find any good answers.
When publishing a course to LMS and launching it, I'm getting a Java error on file LMSAPI.js that says 'SCORM_GetScaledScore' is undefined. I'm using a traditional Results slide with all of the defaults. I'm not sure what Scaled Score is in Storyline or how I tell it to ignore it. My L&D department can't test my course further until I fix the error and I'm at a loss! I've attached a screenshot of the error for reference.
I don't know that I've seen that error before - when you click the close button, what happens next? Does the course just not launch?
Have you tried this in different browsers to see if the issue is browser specific? Also, I'd suggest reviewing this article on troubleshooting common LMS issues, and specifically testing the course at SCORM Cloud. I'd also recommend checking what update of Java you're using, and if Saba requires you to use a specific version.
