LMS SCORM 1.2 issue

Hi,

Can anyone help me with a little LMS issue and Storyline SCORM package.

I'm getting the following error when launching my SCORM package off Kallidus LMS ,

SCORMFunctions.js:1633 Uncaught TypeError: SCORM_objAPI.LMSInitialize is not a function

it only loads a blank popup window. It doesn't seem to matter if I re-export or re-upload the package I always get the same error with a Storyline SCORM 1.2 package. Strangely this package was working about a week ago but now isnt.

Any suggestions?

I'd add a breakpoint to GrabAPI and step into that call; could be a network error (CORS)... just a thought

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for reaching out here. You mentioned it's a recent change, did something change within your Kallidus set up? Did you modify your set up at all when you republished? You could also look at using SCORM Cloud as a way to troubleshoot to see how it behaves there as an industry standard for working within an LMS.

Thanks for your response Ashley. I didn't change any settings on the lms strangely. One week it worked the next it didn't. Works completely fine in scorm cloud.

Hm, you may want to reach out to your Kallidus team and see if they had any settings change on their end that could have caused this. If you didn't change anything in the output and it works at SCORM Cloud that's a good indication the LMS set up caused some difference.
