Hi! I've got a new issue and can't tell what is causing it. When I try to publish the course (HTML5 for publication via LMS), I get the below error message. My settings are standard for our regular business process. Please help!
Access to path.....Storyline output\html5\data\js\frame.js is denied.
It looks like the lms, mobile, story_content, and temp files are updating, but not the html5 folder. What in the world?!? LOL
That doesn't seem quite right. Let's see if we can pinpoint what the issue is here!
Does this seem to happen to any course you try to publish? To start, could I have you perform a simple repair of Storyline to see if that resolves the issue you are seeing. If that doesn't seem to help, please let us know!
I'm also having html5 issues but not quite the same. I've not changed anything about the settings but when I publish I am no longer getting a story.html5.html file in my output.
Would the same repair be required to try to fault find?
Hello Kerry, not sure if that is related, however Articulate did change what gets published now, so what you are seeing I believe is correct. See here:

Ahhh, thanks so much Jeff. I missed that when I searched before. I'll try to change to the classic player and see if that makes a difference. Cheers.
