Error Unzipping Published Folder

I have been loading Storyline 1 published zip files to my client's SharePoint drive for several years now.  I load the zip, then they unzip. 

Up until today, everything has worked perfectly.  This is the error message my client is receiving (see attachment) when they attempt to unzip/extract. 

I've never set any permissions for the zipped files. . . so not sure how to diagnose what might be going on??
