When we unzip the zip file created when publishing to web we get this error:
Fatal error: This file appears to be incomplete or it constitutes one disc of a spanned Zip file. Please insert the last disc of the spanned set and try the operation again.
Wow, that's a new one to me. Are you able to attach the .story file here so I can have a look? Or if you'd like to send it to us confidentially, you can do that here. Also, please be sure you're publishing to a local drive, rather than a network or USB drive. Thanks, we'll look forward to helping out!
We resolved the problem. The file was stored on our wiki. The path to the file download on the wiki + the directory to which it was downloaded must have exceeded the 256 character limit for ZIP (a few posts on the Forum about this).
So....we published to web (HTML) and downloaded to a desktop workstation and then sent the ZIP via Adobe SendNow.

Hi Hal,
Are you trying to open the zip file from a disc, network or other external source? If so, try copying it to your hard drive, then open the file.
Thanks,
Christine

Works fine.
Thanks,
