Hello!! I am receiving a fatal error within my LMS : (LessonDataLoader~~XmlHelper.isValidXmlResponse) FATAL ERROR: Invalid XML (C). A parse error ocurred. Manually run the XML request to view the error, or use IE/FireFox.
I'd like to confirm if the behavior you're experiencing is specific to your LMS so we can get you the proper support you need.
Please test if you are able to replicate the behavior in a different LMS such as SCORM Cloud. This article will explain how. If you are able to replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
If the issue only happens when your course is uploaded to your LMS, reach out to your LMS support team so they can review why their system is throwing the error.
