I have read a couple of articles about the "Exception during Import Powerpoint" error. I have followed each, whereby I made sure that the powerpoint is on a local drive but still giving me the same error.

Importing the PowerPoint slides over to a new presentation file did the trick! Then import that file into Storyline 360. Please let me know if that works for you. If not, we'd like to take a look at your project. Here's a secure upload link.
