I am not able to import one particular Powerpoint to Articulate Storyline, I got this message (see attachment). I am able to import different Powerpoints at the same time without any problem.
I tried to import that one slide by slide - I got the same message for every slide.
Hi there, KS. If I understand you, it sounds like this isn't happening with every PowerPoint file that you've tried to import. For this particular one, I'd evaluate some of these tips:
1. Work on your local drive (your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, including file corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior. This includes making sure your PowerPoint is also saved to your C: drive.
2. You should also make sure the directory path to your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters (for example C:\Articulate).
3. Avoid using special characters, accents or symbols in your file names.
If you are still receiving that error message, you can work with our support engineers to see if we can give you a hand getting those slides into your Storyline course.
Quick update: we didn't find the reason yet, however we did find a workaround which was to copy 5 slides at a time into a new powerpoint presentation and import them in small batches. A few slides refused to import.
Hello Kuva - I was able to find a related case that sounds similar to what you've experienced. Seems that the error stems from corrupted Powerpoint slides, which explains why you had a few slides that would not import and the smaller batching helped identify this.
You should be able to recreate the 'missing' slides within Storyline.

I'm having the same issue.
I have tried-
renaming the file,
breaking the file into individual slides
using a different PC with a different version of storyline
Kind Regards
Kuva
