I created an Exit tab in my course and added a trigger. The trigger works for the html5 version, but not in the flash version. I tried changing the settings to have the course open in a new window, but that didn't work. Any ideas to resolve this issue would be great.
Click Edit Locations > Add Location and locate your local publish folder (or any parent of this folder). That'll unlock the Flash player feature that prevents Flash from talking to the browser when run locally.

Hi, KC -
Are you running this locally? If so, the Flash player security settings could be the issue. A few ways to fix this:
1) Run from a Web server
2) Publish to CD (this defeats the security limitation that prevents Flash from interacting with the browser)
3) Modify the security settings for your published folder by hitting this link: http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager04.html
Click Edit Locations > Add Location and locate your local publish folder (or any parent of this folder). That'll unlock the Flash player feature that prevents Flash from talking to the browser when run locally.
Thank you so much! I tried the 3rd option with no luck, but will give the 1st option a try!
Thanks again!
