Does anyone out there have experience viewing a course on an Amazon Fire HD7? A user commented that the course ran fine, but the audio was very low. They launched a YouTube video in their browser and the audio was fine there.

I think this is going to be a case of unsupported hardware, if they download the chrome browser I expect it should work then.
They just installed Chrome and now there is NO audio in the course. Articulate support - any ideas?
