I wonder why a decision was made to not include the question in editable format and only include the text from options.
Is this something that can easily be added in a new Storyline update?
I know I can export for translation, but this is not a solution for us as the result is not as good as the word export (it doesn't include the screenshot, and marks the right answer).
Publishing to Word was designed for when you need a printable version of your course. It’s a convenient way to distribute handouts, provide a transcript for accessibility purposes, or share content with a reviewer.
You mentioned a need for an editable format, and exporting for translation is currently the best method for that. I appreciate the insight as to why that isn't ideal for you and would be happy to bring it up to our product team. You can also fee free to detail them with a feature request!
This came up because stakeholders are asking for all the questions from pools in different courses in editable format, so they can use outside the course (ie. creating quizzes directly in LMS).
At the moment I can't find a way to just export questions. Word publish was quite close but it didn't include the question itself. And export for translation was not ideal as it included a lot of not needed content.
Anyway, I think this came up many times before as I read in other posts in the forum. Hopefully devs are taking this in account for the near future.
