Exporting Screen Recording to MP4

I recorded a set of slides in Articulate Storyline and I converted them to a MP4 using the instructions in this article: https://community.articulate.com/series/articulate-storyline-1/articles/exporting-screen-recordings#. The problem I am experiencing is after the file is converted to MP4 all of the captions, highlight boxes, mouse movements, basic animations and audio all disappear. Is there a way that I can keep all of this work I previously did before converting the file to MP4?

Desperate for MP4 conversion with intact audio and animation!
