I need to try a few things out for my boss before he decides to buy Storyline. My trial has ended. I phoned the local suppliers and they said I must just try another email address. This did not work.
I'd try contacting Articulate sales or support. Or try installing the software on a different PC. Or log unto the same PC as a different person (i.e., using a different account) and using the software.
Your internet conection has an ID as well you computer those get registered in the system :( so you will need to try do find a different computer or different place to conect to internet :(

Or run it inside VMWare or some other virtual machine software.
Make a snapshot prior to installing Storyline. Revert back to the snapshot when the trail expires and install Storyline again.
Make sure you save your source files on the host machine as well.
