For slide 3.7 I have two triggers...Next takes you to 3.2, previous takes you to 3.6. However, when I am story view there is a red line that takes me to 3.8. I can't find any trigger associated with taking 3.7 to 3.8. I've even checked the Master.
I had the same thought! The next button is programmed to jump to slide 3.2, not slide 3.8. Also, there are other slides in her file that are programmed the same way, and they do not have an extra red line. The mystery continues...🕵
I wouldn't expect the red line since there isn't a trigger to jump to slide 3.8. If you'd like our team to have a closer look at it, you're always welcome to send your file to our Support Engineers here!
I have the same issue, though unfortunately it does mess with the progression of the learner as it sends them back several slides and they become stuck unable to progress any further.
Have you looked into any other slide or layer triggers? What about items on your slide master? If you wanted to share it here, I'm sure that folks would be happy to take a look!

Hi Kendra,
Hmm, that's odd. I'm seeing the same thing you're seeing, but there isn't a trigger that would connect slide 3.7 to slide 3.8.
In my testing, it looks like the learner can't actually reach slide 3.8 from slide 3.7, so this wouldn't impact the learner in any way.
Let me know if it causes a problem in navigation, and we'll take a closer look!
Wonder if that's the NEXT button?

Yes, I set it up so that the slide goes to 3.2 afterwards. This is just the oddest thing. Why the red line if no trigger?

Anyone find a solution to this mystery red line?

Thanks Ashley. The slides don't have any layers. I've sent the file across
to support to look into.
