What kind of movie have you added? What version/update of Storyline are you using? Did you add it to start 15 seconds into the timeline? You may want to review the information here in regards adding in videos.
I can't think of a setting unless you set it to play based on a trigger instead of the timeline element. We'd likely need to take a look at the .story file to determine what's happening and you could share just that one slide with us here so that we could look at publishing it as well. Here is how to import out the content into a new Storyline project so that you could share just the one slide.

I uploaded mp.4 and I'm using Storyline 1.
My timeline starts form 0 and ends at 115 s are there any setting or properties that might cause this extra time?
