I checked the course on SCROM CLOUD and everything runs fine, but I am facing some issues when I run the same course on LMS (oracle learn).
The resume feature works fine in Internet Explorer but when I resume the course in Google Chrome, it navigate you on the slide that is previous one from where you left off. And sometime navigate on any of the visited slide.

I'm curious if you may still be running into SCORM suspend data limits. Are you publishing to SCORM 1.2? Have you taken a look at publishing to SCORM 2004?

Related to Leslie's thoughts, above: can you tell us how many slides there are in your course? That can impact the resume/bookmarking functionality.
