Failed result not showing score
Hey Everyone,
On my results slide it shows the score as 0% for learners if they fail even if they did get some questions correct. How do I get the results page to correctly show their true score even if they didn't reach the 'passing' score.
Their score shows on the pass layer on the results slide, just not the failed side.

Hard to troubleshoot without seeing the file. Best advice: Since the score shows correctly on the pass layer, try copying that text to the failure layer.
any luck on this? i am having the same issue today on this
pass works fine but fail returns 0

The matching drag and drop type of question doesn't have partial scoring. If the question is correct, the user will get 100%; otherwise, they receive 0%.
