I have a quiz that is working successfully with this exception:
If the learner fails, the "failure layer" appears and I inserted a button to Return to the Main Results Slide. At that point the person can retry the quiz. That button does not work. What do you suggest?
Thank you for your example. On the failure layer, I put a button to return to the actual results slide - the main base . Now I see your example of hiding the layer. I will try it.
This worked perfectly. In a regular slide where I had layers, I directed the learner to go back to the base of the slide. I wouldn't think of hiding a layer for the results slide. Thanks again for your help.

Hi Norma
Could be trigger order or the trigger itself. Are you using 'hide layer' or something else to close the fail layer.
Might be easier if you share your .story file then folks can see your specific setup.
Wendy,
Thanks. I'm not hiding the layer. It is the usual failure layer.
Hard to say without seeing your file. Is it the Return to Main button or the Retry Quiz button that isn't working?
See if this example works how you want it to

Glad that worked for you Norma. Good luck with your project!
