Failure to keep completion

Hi everyone,

Have you ever had the problem of loosing the history of previously viewed screens when returning on a storyline module loaded on a LMS?
We met this issue recently - but unfortunately with several learners! -  although we've been using dozens of storyline modules successfully. I thought the normal behavior would be that viewed screens would always appear as already visited, but noticed that with some contents it was not so if the learner chose the option of the menu instead of the bookmark when coming back to the content.

Hi Celine! Sorry your learners are getting stuck. Let's see if we can narrow this down together.

  • What version of Storyline are you using?
  • Can you tell me more about what you mean by the learner choosing the option of the menu instead of the bookmark when coming back to the content?
  • Have you been able to recreate this issue yourself? If so, what browser were you using?
