I've got problem with getting results from Articulate Storyline in Ipads. We can't use special player for ipads in different causes, so when we make courses we don't turn on function for Ipad and Android. But without this special player the course don't give the result, that the corse was completed. We need feed back with result, maybe somebody decided this promlem, help, please.
Thanks Maria for checking that. I assume you're hosting in an LMS, correct? Have you looked at testing it at SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for testing LMS content. You can review directions here on how to set this up - and that'll help us determine if the issue lies with the Storyline file or the LMS. If you see the same behavior at SCORM Cloud, we'll want to take a look at the .story file to see how it's behaving and do some additional testing. If the issue does not persist at SCORM Cloud you'll want to reach out to your LMS team to share those results.
Thank you. I've loaded course to SCORM Cloud, it trackes fine there. So the problem must be in articulate with LMS Saba. I've written to there techsupport.

You'll want to make sure you are accessing it in the supported browsers here for the HTML5 output, and ensure you've published for HTML5.
I've checked, we tested on Safari 8, it is supported.
