File saving error "Your system appears to be low in memory"

I have been working on articulate storyline for about an year. This problem always pops up when I am trying to save a profect. I have written couple of emails to articulate support,but the answers never help. Can someone please help me to get rid of this problem????

I only see one case associated with your name from this past December, where Jayem shared the following:

I am sorry to hear that you encountered technical difficulty when trying to save your Storyline project. Let us troubleshoot this further by performing a more extensive way of reinstalling Storyline. The steps below includes running a batch file that will ensure all Storyline related files are removed from your system to prepare your computer for a clean install:

Also, when creating, editing, and publishing Articulate Storyline courses, be sure you're working on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, such as file corruption, an inability to save changes, and loss of resources. See this article for more information:

Were you able to conduct the repair, and confirm that you were working on your local drive with Storyline files? Also, are you using update 4 of Storyline?
