yes your file is corrupt (testet with 7z and WinRar)

perhaps they have special tools to save the data, but i do not have much hope

are there backups of slightly older versions?

PS: I have learned from such experiences that I save storyline files with different version numbers several times per hour. This way you lose a few minutes of work at the most if Storyline crashes again or saves corrupt files. Functioning backups are extremely important.
