Final Assessment

Hi everyone! This is the first time I'm using a final assessment in Storyline 360. For that, do I just insert graded questions? I saw an old article that seems to show a final assessment  button, but I don't see it. Also, where could I change the settings? The learners need to get 100% right. I've seen all kinds of good stuff you can do with assessments, but I just didn't see how to add them. Thank you so much!
