Hi there Brett - you're correct that currently there's no Find and Replace feature for fonts, only for words and strings of text. Sounds like that would make a great feature request! Please feel free to submit one. Also, a community member, Ray Handley,has come up with an interesting workaround here: Changing the default font in Storyline.
Yeah - using translation is the only way to do it at the moment.
Clients provide us with all kinds of fonts, so would be useful to have the other parts of the existing CTRL-F functionality added, especially as Translation import/export can sometimes miss content.
This has already been requested (certainly by me) via the Beta Forum already.
