Flatten a articulate zip file?

Mar 26, 2019

Hi, I'm making an e-learning program, which I have to upload to our LMS system. I have heard that the end-file tent to get very big when using Power Point, because I make slides and delete them again, and they don't "really" get deleted. I have heard they kind of hide in the bag. Is there a  way to flatten the end e-learning file? I use studio by the way.

Thanks

Hello, Ditte!

A project file might not immediately shrink in size when you delete slides. Presenter keeps deleted assets temporarily after you delete them in case you need to click Undo to restore them.

The good news is your project file will eventually shrink, usually after saving it a couple times. But you can also get it to shrink right away by saving and closing the project file, then re-opening it and saving it again.

Some folks have also found that doing a Save As to create a copy of the file helps to reduce file size, too.
