Font changes when publishing

Hi all,

I've published a draft of my course in Articulate 360 for review however the font has changed completely. I have used Open Sans so nothing special and it changed to something completely different where some of the letters are not even supported.

Does anyone know what the problem is or how can I fix it? The original fine I have still has Open Sans on so it didn't thankfully apply it to my course.

Oh no, Lucia! So sorry you're seeing that when publishing to Review. I'd love to look into this!

To start, is this happening with multiple browsers or a particular one? Also, would you mind sharing a slide or two with me? You can use this link if you prefer to share it privately.

I'll try to replicate the behavior in a similar environment and look into some next troubleshooting steps. I'll be standing by!
