Font changing from pc to pc

We have had problems with opening a story file on my machine that has been developed on a another person's machine  (or vice versa). The problem is that the fonts change sizes and don't resize properly. On screens where the text box has been inserted as an object on that screen, it doesn't seem to happen, but on all screens that have used a master slide layout, it does. It also happens in content areas.

For example, if you have five text boxes in a row (because you want them to come in timed, and sequentially), when I open that screen the font will be much larger so all the text boxes overlap and the spacing is all messed up.

Does Storyline have known issues with this or are we doing something wrong?\
