Free Form Multiple Response will not play again after "Try Again" prompt.

Hello, I created a Multiple Response quiz. If a participant needs to try again and is taken back to the quiz from an Incorrect response notice, the player does not allow the participant to retake the quiz. You can not uncheck or choose new options. It must be something simple I am missing.
