Getting a double up picture

I have a slide with multiple layers. It runs great. When I publish it and start testing by flipping from one item on the menu to the next it doubles up the picture of the base and the layer. On the layer properties I have checked the top three including "hide objects on the base layer checked" and Automatically decide (visibility) nothing checked for for Base Layer. I have revisit set to reset to initial.

On the base layer it is set as by user, automatically decide.

it only seems to happen with this one slide (so far as I can get it to anyway) and its only when it is published.

Any ideas?

Hi Sandra,

Without seeing your .story file and what you're experiencing, it's hard to say for certain, but I'd check the following items first:

Work on your local drive (your C: drive).Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, includingfile corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior.
You should also make sure the directory pathto your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters(for example C:\Articulate).
Avoid using special characters, accents orsymbols in your file names.
Test the published output within the intended environment to prevent odd behavior.
