Hello, I'm trying to get a slide with 3 drag and drop items to return to the original position after the user has placed them in the wrong position and the incorrect pop-up shows up. Once the user presses the continue button the items should return to their original starting position.
I've set the user attempts to unlimited and added a trigger to the incorrect layer in order to jump to the same slide, beginning of the timeline but nothing works.
They do not reset automatically, you could change the trigger on the try again to jump to this slide and they will reset as the slide loads if you reset it to its initial state

Thanks Phil, but I tried this and it's just not working...
You need to ensure the slide is set to reset to initial state in slide properties and it will work.
