I've put a video into Storyline and added a couple of textboxes kept it at just one slide. I published the file to my desktop and tested the file by running the Story file and the video plays but when I move the file to a network folder and try to play the file it does not work. I also tried zipping the file then moving it into our network folder then extracting and playing but that didn't work either. Any suggestions?

The exe file works but not after I move the file into our netwrk folders. It still brings up the window and plays my text boxes but not the video.
you would have cross domain issues then, which are probably causing this, it may be that your servers are not configured for MP4s
