Getting Storyline Logo to Work in Full-Screen mode

All, I'm finalizing a Storyline project that I would like to set to display in full screen.

Specifically, I have the player settings at:

  • Browser: Display at user's current browser size.
  • Player size: Scale player to full browser window.

This seems to work for all the content except the logo which is loaded in at 220 w x 200 high.

I thought perhaps I needed a higher res image so I kept the same proportions and tried 880 x 800 but it still look blurry.

Any suggestions?

Hi Jennifer.  Thanks for reaching out.  We are aware of an issue with logos appearing blurry if you set the player to fill the browser window.  We tested with different resolution images and got the same result.

I'm going to add this discussion to the documentation so that we can gauge impact and also keep you informed of any changes.

In the meantime, the only workaround identified presently is to use the setting "lock player at optimal size."

Hi Jennifer, 

We released an update for Storyline 360 this AM, which fixed an issue where white lines could appear around slides and the logo might be blurry when a course scaled to fill the browser window.
