Glossary not showing up in mobile player?

Hi all,

I'm currently testing content created in Storyline (latest upadates done) and my glossary doesn't show up when I launch via the mobile app, but it does show up when I launch on my desktop computer. Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

This states that the glossary tab is supported in the app so I'm stumped. I've attached a screenshot of my player settings.

Hi there Isa,

Can you please let me know which version of Storyline you're currently using? You can find this by clicking on "Help" and "About Articulate Storyline". 

That feature was added in Update 1, but there were also quite a few mobile issues that were resolved with Update 2. So, I just want to make sure you're publishing with the most recent version. If you're not running version 2 (1212.1412), please download Update 2.

Once you've finished downloading and installing the update, please republish your course and test on your iPad.

If this doesn't help, or if you're already using Update 2, are you able to share a link or the .STORY file here so I can check it out?
