I have a glossary created and it's checked in the player. It even shows up in previews. But when I build the project, it's not there. I've tried placing it on the sidebar with the menu, and I've tried placing it up by the Resource link in the upper right. I've tried unchecking and rechecking it in the player. Slides all have an individual setting list that overrides the defaults.
In storyview, select the slides that you want to display the glossary, click the gear icon, and check their settings.
