Glossary translation not importing correctly

There seems to be a problem with importing the translated Glossary terms. Some are imported using the translated language and some remain in English. I dismissed it the first time it happened, but now it is becoming an issue as a second language checker has picked it up.

I am using the built in Glossary in Storyline 360 Modern player - see attached screen capture showing the error.

Hi there, Tex! Sorry to hear you're having this issue with importing translated text. I'd love to lend a hand!

Can you help me with:

  • What version of Storyline 360 are you using? To find this detail, simply click on the Help tab > About Storyline 
  • What file format are you using for your translation (.doc, .xliff)?
  • Would you be able to share that translation file here, so we can have a closer look? You can also share it privately with our Support Team here!
